ACI 310, Decorative Concrete, has become a joint committee of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC). Clark Branum of Diamatic USA is chair. In April of this year, both groups decide to join forces to focus on the issues, trends, and work of the decorative concrete industry, and to meet the needs of the contractors who pursue this specialty market.
