Bellevue – The first major phase of the Spring District is a residential project named Sparc. The project includes best in class amenities, spacious floor plans, a Bright Horizon’s childcare center, and convenient access to pedestrian friendly transit. Belarde Company is installing all the exterior site concrete. In the photo below, you can see the work includes, stairs, and varied colored and patterned concrete. The project is slated to be completed in the Spring 0f 2017.
